Program: The Happy Hour Effect™

with Kristen Brown

Kristen Brown, also known as The Queen of Stress Relief, is a bestselling author, coach, speaker and entrepreneur.  Kristen lives in the Minneapolis area, and will be making an appearance on June 12, 2013 as we have promised her lots of bacon. Kristen will be presenting the Happy Hour Effect™ and leading a Life Mapping exercise. Life Mapping is an interactive exercise wherein we will map out the things in our lives that cause build-up and ultimately cause stress.  We will then rearrange the contributors to stress and learn how to best refocus and re-energize. To read more Kristen Brown and see what she is up to, visit her site.
